Music Was My First Love.

 From around 1981, apart from my early street work, I made countless images of bands both part time and professional. these ranges from small back street clubs, to major venues here in Leicester UK, like the De Montfort Hall, Leicester Polytechnic, and Leicester University. Back then I had to smuggle my gear into many of the places, as general photography was NOT allowed. The equipment I usually carried was a Canon EL, with 28mm, 50mm, & 135mm lenses. which at times was very difficult to disguise. I don't do any band photography these days, unless somebody is busking on the streets, and to be honest I don't miss it one bit. It's fun to look at these though.
